Return & Refund Policy

First of all.. we would like to express our thanks to you for shopping at, but unfortunately if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You can return a product that you have purchased for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including free gifts (if any) and with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. CMI Commerce Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

If your return is approved, within 7 working days, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment or directly to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
